Despite having been warned not to commit any offence for the next 12 months, a 16-year-old offended again by having sex with another young girl.

Muhammad Nor Aszroy Zaidon, a part-time delivery assistant, pleaded guilty to one count each of having sex with a 12-year-old and a 13-year-old girl at Housing Block staircase landings in October 2011 and July last year respectively. Two other charges of having sex with the older girl will be considered when he is sentenced next month.

A Community Court heard that Nor met a 12-year-old girl through social networking site Facebook between September and October 2011. Sometime in October 2011, she followed him to a HDB block in Clementi where he had sex with her at the staircase landing.

The victim was being interviewed by Central Narcotics Bureau officers later that month when she revealed she had sex with several of her boyfriends. The matter was eventually referred to Criminal Investigation Department.

Nor was initially let off with a conditional warning in May last year. But he went back to his old ways.

He befriended another girl, aged 13, through Facebook in June and had sex with her three times in July at Teck Whye Lane and an unknown unit at Jalan Bukit Merah.

District Judge Shaiffudin Saruwan postponed sentencing pending pre-sentence and reformative training reports on March 23.
