Six bullets mailed to Penang businessman, another six fired at his house
GEORGE TOWN (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - At least six shots were fired at a businessman's bungalow in Pulau Tikus, a suburb in Penang on early Thursday.
The man had earlier lodged a police report, claiming that he received an extortion letter together with six bullets, police said.
His 29-year-old son, his wife and their domestic worker were at home when a gunman struck at around 1:15am.
No one was injured in the shooting, which came amid a spate of gun violence in Malaysia.
