Singaporean among 4 held for robbing Singaporeans in Johor
Four men suspected of robbing Singaporeans living across the Causeway while wielding parangs have been arrested by Johor police.
A Singaporean suspected of being the ringleader and his three Malaysian accomplices - all aged between 23 and 53 - have been remanded and are assisting officers with their investigations.
Malaysian police said the Singaporean and an accomplice, armed with parangs, broke into a house in Taman Setia Tropika at about 2.30am last Wednesday.
They fled in the victim's BMW with RM500 (S$195), a cellphone, an ATM card and two passports.
