Rain brings brief respite to residents in Klang Valley

PETALING JAYA (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - It poured on Sunday afternoon but it was not enough to lift the gloom of water rationing for many Klang Valley residents.
There was only a brief respite from the heat for residents as it rained in Bangsar, Damansara, Puchong, Cheras and Klang.
Children were seen splashing around in the rain, adults cleaned their cars with the rain water and others simply watched the raindrops, hoping it would never stop.
Sadly, it did come to an end - about 30 to 40 minutes after it poured in the late afternoon.
