Malaysia hotel denies hosting bikini show this weekend

PETALING JAYA: A Malaysian hotel has denied that a bikini fashion show would be held in its premises over the weekend, an event that the youth wing of an Islamic party has objected against.
Grand Millenium Kuala Lumpur said the allegation by the youth wing of opposition Parti Islam SeMalaysia (PAS) was untrue, The Star newspaper reported on Friday.
"No such event is taking place here at all," it said.
Selangor PAS Youth chief Hasbullah Mohd Ridzuan on Wednesday demanded the immediate withdrawal of a permit given to an international modelling agency to hold a bikini fashion show at the hotel, according to newspaper on Thursday.
