Malaysia: Haze return to parts of Klang Valley

PETALING JAYA (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - After only a few days of moderately clean air, and the haze is back again with several Klang Valley areas recording Air Pollutant Index (API) readings above the 100 unhealthy level as at 6pm Saturday.
They are Banting (112), Port Klang (122), Shah Alam (132) and Cheras (148). Bukit Rambai in Malacca recorded a reading of 106.
Areas showing deteriorating conditions are Petaling Jaya (86), Kuala Selangor (97), Seri Manjung (84), Taiping (86), Balok Baru in Kuantan (91), Port Dickson (88), and Malacca city (88).
The haze improved to moderate levels by evening on Mar 4 and Malaysians could breathe easy since then.
