KUALA LUMPUR - Malaysia Airlines does not want to speculate on what happened to flight MH370, its top officials said.

They declined to answer question on investigations into the flight's crew at a press briefing on Tuesday, saying only that "the right forum is the investigators".

The airline will bring families of passengers on the crashed MH370 to the recovery area, and described the MH370 case as "an unprecedented event, requiring an unprecedented response".

"Based on new evidence, we must accept the painful reality that MH370 is lost, and none survived," Malaysia Airlines (MAS) chairman Md Nor Yusof told reporters.

On Monday night, Prime Minister Najib Razak announced that MH370 was lost in the southern Indian Ocean and all on board feared dead.
