All four children of Malaysian couple detained in Sweden arrive home
KUALA LUMPUR (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - All four children of the Malaysian couple who were detained by Swedish authorities over child abuse allegations have arrived back home safely from Stockholm.
Touching down at around 7am on Saturday aboard a Malaysia Airlines flight from Paris, the siblings Aishah (14 years old), Ammar (12), Adam (11) and Arif (7) looked tired but relieved when met at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
The children were accompanied by Deputy Foreign Minister Datuk Hamzah Zainuddin, as well as a special officer of the deputy minister and a relative of the children.
Heavily guarded, Aisah only managed to tell reporters that she was happy.
