THE Seletar Mall has confirmed three anchor tenants that will offer its patrons a variety entertainment, dining and shopping options.
The mall located along Sengkang West will house cinema operator Shaw Theatres, a NTUC Foodfare food court and NTUC FairPrice's upscale supermarket FairPrice Finest, said Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) on Monday.
Occupying 17,000 sq ft of space, an eight-screen multiplex cinema with 800 seats will be located on the fourth floor of the shopping mall.
Shoppers can also look forward to a 12,000 sq ft NTUC Foodfare food court on the third level, which can seat 450.
In addition, a 23,000 sq ft upmarket FairPrice Finest will be on basement two of the mall. The supermarket carries products across the price spectrum, from high-end wines to everyday groceries.
The Seletar Mall - which is 70 per cent owned by SPH - is due for completion by the end of next year and will be sold to SPH real estate investment trust (Reit) then.
