Mapletree Industrial Trust has achieved a distributable income of $37.5 million for the second quarter, 18.4 per cent higher than the corresponding period last year.

Distribution per unit amounted to 2.29 cents, an increase of 11.7 per cent from 2.05 cents over the same period.

Net property income was flat at $48.4 million for the quarter ended Sept 30.

The strong performance was driven by contributions from acquisition, positive rental revisions and stable occupancies across key property segments.
