VETERAN corporate honcho Koh Boon Hwee will succeed Mr Philip Ng as non-executive chairman of Far East Orchard (FEOrchard) with effect from 2013.
The appointment of Mr Koh, 62, is a continuing progression in the organisational development of the company and its business growth, said mainboard-listed FEOrchard in a statement today.
Mr Ng, 54, will also step down as a non-executive director but remain as a strategic advisor to FEOrchard.
The company has undergone a successful strategic corporate restructuring this year with a new diversified portfolio focusing on property development, hospitality real estate development and management, and healthcare real estate space.
