First Reit to pay out 1.68 cents a unit for Q3

First Real Estate Investment Trust's (First Reit's) distributable income in the third quarter has fallen by 12.1 per cent to $10.6 million.

Revenue for the three months to Sept 30 rose by 3.7 per cent to $14.2 million, due to the contributions from its Sarang Hospital in South Korea as well as higher rental income from its properties in Indonesia and Singapore.

The trust recorded higher rental income from all its properties.

Distributable amount for the same period a year ago was higher due to other gain distribution of 34 cents per unit from a portion of the total gain on divestment of the Adam Road property.
