Offshore and marine firm Ezion Holdings said on Thursday that it has received a letter of intent for a five-year contract worth up to US$94 million.
Ezion will provide a service rig for a South-east Asia-based national oil company, which will support its oil and gas activities.
The service rig is expected to be delivered by the first quarter of 2016.
The company said the project is not expected to have a material impact on its earnings per share or net tangible assets per share for the financial year ending Dec 31.
