Yoga studios offer classes for young ones

Children, including babies as young as six months, are going for yoga classes.

At least three yoga studios here offer classes for young ones: YogaBugs, Om Shiva Yoga and Our Majestic Getaway Yoga.

Instead of back-bending poses, the children learn simple stretches that are creatively named, such as "the dog that wags its tail". There is also less meditation and more interactive activities, such as songs and stories like The Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle to accompany yoga poses and exercises.
