World's best DJ David Guetta knows success is not forever
French DJ David Guetta is now at the top of the game, having produced a string of hits such as When Love Takes Over (2009) and Titanium (2011), which have become club staples.
However, the 44-year-old knows success is not set in stone.
At an interview after his solo gig in Singapore last Thursday, Guetta, dubbed by insiders as the world's best DJ, says: "We all know that it's part of the process, you cannot be on top forever. Of course for me it's easy to say now, I don't know how I'd react. Hopefully my life will be fulfilled enough so that I can feel good."
Should his moment in the spotlight fade, the DJ would be perfectly happy just to continue playing to small crowds instead of stadiums.
