SENANG (WORK IN PROGRESS)

Written by Jean Tay and directed by Kok Heng Leun, this dramatised reading of Senang is inspired by a forgotten tale of the bloody prison riots of 1973 in a penal colony on Pulau Senang, off Singapore, which led to the death of four officers and the burning of the settlement. Produced by Drama Box, it is in various languages and dialects.
