Thumbs-down for fashion show at Gardens by the Bay, say audience, designers

The first fashion show staged at the OCBC Skyway at Gardens by the Bay has left audience members and designers who took part unhappy.
Although 150 people turned up for the by-invite only J Spring Fashion Show, less than 50 were left by the end of the two hour-long event.
That was because all the catwalk action took place on the OCBC Skyway - 22m above ground, while the audience were seated on the ground below since there was no space for seating along the Skyway.
They watched the show on a projector screen that had been set up in front of them. But the sun's reflection off the screen made it hard to watch the show.
