Homegrown singer-songwriter Tanya Chua is following up her well-received English album Just Say So (2011) with a gig at the Esplanade Concert Hall on Dec 7. Tickets from $78 to $138 are available from Sistic.

This follows her sold-out all-English shows in Taiwan and Hong Kong. The record marked a return to her roots since Chua made her debut with the English album Bored (1997) before successfully venturing into Mandopop.

Before her December engagement, the Taiwan-based Golden Melody Award-winning entertainer will also be back in Singapore next week to perform with the Singapore Chinese Orchestra at the Esplanade Concert Hall on Oct 13 for Dedicated To You Our Songs From The Heart.

This event will showcase works by Singapore songwriters over the years from drama theme songs from the 1980s to current Mandopop hits. Tickets from $28 to $68 are available from Sistic.
