Suits actor Patrick J Adams went from bit parts to the big break on legal drama

Canadian actor Patrick J Adams can hardly believe that he is in Singapore promoting the hit TV legal drama Suits.
He tells Life! with a grin: "I never would have thought that I'd be able to come here to this part of the world and talk to you like this, so it has really been amazing being part of Suits. The show has definitely been a big break for me. This is the big break."
His role as Mike Ross, a gifted college dropout who scores a job as an associate at a top legal firm, is his first-ever lead role.
Prior to Suits, the actor had been offered only bit parts in various TV series such as Friday Night Lights and Ghost Whisperer, making guest appearances for an episode or two.
