Sentosa's Siloso Beach is set to have a new look and feel by the end of December as the area undergoes a massive $3 million facelift.
The Emerald Hill Group, which owns and manages three outlets along Siloso Beach Walk - Coastes, Bikini Bar and Sand Bar - is pumping in the money to make the existing bars more welcoming to visitors, and to introduce new food and beverage concepts to the area.
Renovations started in mid-August and when it is completed, beachgoers can look forward to a new "high-end food court" serving local fare and a beach rotisserie, in addition to the spruce-up of the existing outlets.
The Siloso Beach area, which stretches about a kilometre from the beach carpark past the nearby jetty area, also includes beach club Azzura, and sport and lifestyle venue Wave House Sentosa.
