Robuchon au Dome knocks Iggy's off Miele Guide top spot

Modern European restaurant Iggy's at Hilton Singapore has been ousted from top spot for the first time since the launch of annual restaurant guide for Asia, The Miele Guide, five years ago.

This year, Robuchon au Dome in Macau took top position while Iggy's, which had occupied the top spot for four years, fell to fourth place.

Debuting on the list at No. 2 is Waku Ghin at Marina Bay Sands, by Sydney-based celebrity Japanese chef Tetsuya Wakuda. Also making it to the list for the first time this year is Nihon Ryori RyuGin in Tokyo, Japan. It came in at No. 18.

The top five restaurants are: Robuchon au Dome, Macau, China; Waku Ghin, Singapore; L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, Hong Kong, China; Iggy's, Singapore and Mozaic, Bali, Indonesia.
