The third Affordable Art Fair last week attracted more than 16,000 visitors and chalked up over $4 million in sales.

Last year, it drew 13,500 visitors and $3.05 million in sales.

The results of the annual fair, which ran from Thursday to Sunday at the F1 pit building, also exceeds the organiser's expectations.

Their target was to hit 15,000 visitors and $3.5 million in sales.
