Even though the four central characters on hit TV drama Pretty Little Liars are catty backstabbers, the actresses playing them in real life are "best friends".
So says actress Troian Bellisario, who plays Spencer Hastings on the show.
The other three actresses rounding out the main cast are Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale and Shay Mitchell.
Speaking to Life! at a sit-down interview here recently, Bellisario, 27, says that Hale even recommended Bellisario over herself to a director for a role once.
