Hello! Japan will be launched on Feb 25 as a complimentary channel on StarHub Channel 149. The 24-hour channel will broadcast a wide range of content, from animation to movies to variety shows. They will be shown in the original Japanese language with English subtitles.
One of the highlights on it will be sports variety show Athletic Fire, where famous athletes and celebrities come together and compete against one another. It was named Best General Entertainment Programme at Asian Television Awards 2012 and will air every Saturday from 8 to 9pm.
