Laneway music fest returns on Jan 26, but where are the big names?

Laneway Festival, the biggest annual indie music event held here, makes its return on Jan 26.
The line-up for this upcoming third edition in Singapore has not been confirmed yet, but music fans can get an inkling of some of the bands that may head this way as the Australian line-up was released on Sept 27.
About 30 acts have been confirmed for the Australian tour roster, including big-name indie stars such as Norwegian acoustic pop duo Kings Of Convenience, indie chanteuse Bat For Lashes and American rock band Divine Fits.
But music fans note that the line-up also includes many new and relatively unfamilar indie names, such as American-Chilean musician Nicolas Jaar, American electronic hip-hop artist El-P and American rock band The Neighborhood.
