Taiwanese actor Joseph Chang did not know he would be getting kissed on the lips by fellow actor Rhydian Vaughan when filming the Golden Horse-nominated movie, Gf*Bf.
Chang, 28, says: "I actually had no idea that Rhydian's character would be kissing my character in that scene until it happened. The director likes to give us different scripts and keep us in the dark about a lot of the details, so that we would be surprised and our emotions would be more authentic.
"Looks like it worked, somehow."
He was talking to Life! over the telephone from Taipei.
