Gaile Lai: I didn't get HK$200 million from Leon Lai

Hong Kong - Model Gaile Lai has rejected reports portraying her as a greedy woman, following the end of her four-year marrige with actor Leon Lai.

Speaking to Commercial Radio last Saturday, she denied the tabloid tales that he gave her a yacht, a luxury car and a property to save their marriage, and that she got a HK$200 million divorce settlement, said Ming Pao Daily News.

Although he gave her a sports car during their seven-year relationship, "I drive poorly, it wasn't suitable and I sold it", she said.

She added that she also got him expensive gifts, like whisky "worth more than six figures".
