The Fat Duck and Noma, two of the world's top restaurants, will move a bit nearer to gourmets in Singapore for a few months next year.
British celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal will relocate The Fat Duck to Crown resort in Melbourne for six months, starting February next year, says Britain's MailOnline today.
The restaurant in Britain, which has been awarded three Michelin stars, will close for six months as he and his staff set up shop in Australia, says the report.
After six months, The Fat Duck will return to Britain and the restaurant in Australia will be renamed Dinner by Heston Blumenthal.
