Production house WaWa Pictures has earned acclaim for its quality Mandarin drama series since it started in 2007.

These include Star Awards Best Drama nominees Perfect Cut 1 and 2, a plastic surgery drama and its sequel on Channel U, and this year's nominee Game Plan, about the lives of con artists, on Channel 8.

Over the years, its dramas have been hailed for solid storytelling, good casting, great soundtracks, and movie-like cinematography.

WaWa's latest drama is the lighthearted romantic series, Marry Me, which portrays the lives of three women and their views of love. It premieres on Channel U on Wednesday.
