El Bulli chef has big plans for his foundation
People who missed out on dining at El Bulli, the famous, now-defunct Spanish restaurant headed by chef Ferran Adria, will be able to go to Rosas Spain from 2015 and visit the sprawling "experiential space" that is being constructed there.
The complex is part of the El Bulli Foundation (www.elbullifoundation.org/).
Chef Adria, 50, gave details on these plans in a one-on-one interview with Life! yesterday at Catalunya at the Fullerton Pavilion, where two of his former staff are now working.
He is in Singapore to talk about the foundation's plans and to visit his friends and former employees.
