Dylan Farrow's brother, Moses, defends their father Woody Allen in twist to sexual abuse allegations
New York - The brother of Dylan Farrow, who last week accused their father Woody Allen of sexual abuse when she was a child, said the abusive one in his family was his mother Mia Farrow, not Allen.
Moses Farrow's bombshell defence of his film director dad followed Dylan's renewed allegations of abuse at the age of seven, contained in a letter published on a New York Times blog last Saturday.
In an interview with People magazine's new issue, Moses, 36, said: "My mother drummed it into me to hate my father for tearing apart the family and sexually molesting my sister. And I hated him for her for years. I see now that this was a vengeful way to pay him back for falling in love with Soon-Yi."
He was referring to Soon-Yi Previn, whom Allen married in 1997 after splitting up with Mia, who had adopted Soon-Yi with her former husband composer Andre Previn.
