Baker to the stars uses ancient flours in her recipes

First-time cookbook author Amber Rose is all for baking with more natural ingredients such as spelt and nut flours, and honey and fruit.
In fact, she thinks the cakes taste better when made with these ingredients.
She says: "Processed white flour doesn't really have a taste it tastes of nothing unless you add flavour, such as vanilla or chocolate, to it.
"The thing I love about using ancient flours is that they have their own unique flavours and textures."
