After 17 years, Army Daze the movie will be back in cinemas in a new digital format

The 1996 hit army movie Army Daze is being re-released on the big screen come school holidays.
From March 16 to 25, the film starring Sheikh Haikel, Adriam Lim and Deanna Yusoff will be screened thrice daily at all Cathay Cineplexes.
Moviegoers will also see a cleaner and sharper version of the film, as it has been re-mastered from 35mm film to a digital format.
Based on Michael Chiang's book of the same name, the film is about five men going through National Service. During its original theatrical run, it took in a healthy $1.6 million.
