Korean actor Oh Ji Ho was so disappointed when he lost the chance to kiss Girls' Generation member Choi Soo Young on his drama.
In The 3rd Hospital, he plays traditional medicine doctor Kim Seung-hyun, whom Choi's character is in love with, but the character does not reciprocate.
Oh, 36, says via e-mail: "The director felt that because of the emotions needed to portray, the kissing scenes weren't really right for the script. They were excluded in the end. I wished they had not done that."
For someone who is known for his brawny roles on dramas such as The Slave Hunters (2010), Oh is not afraid to be a fanboy. He gushes about nine-member girl group: "I think the girls are all so sweet-looking and their songs are really catchy. It is very difficult not to like their songs. How could anyone not like them?"
