This year's ZoukOut drew a crowd of 40,000 over the weekend, proving that the annual outdoor dance music festival is still as popular as ever.
Teenagers, young adults, those in their 30s and 40s, and even the wheelchair-bound came out to Sentosa's Siloso Beach to party till sunrise, dancing to the tunes of more than 20 DJ acts over Friday and Saturday (Dec 7 and 8) night.
On Friday night, which pulled in 15,000 festival-goers, British trance trio Above & Beyond closed the night in spectacular fashion, with their rapturous tunes leading the heaving crowd into a euphoric bliss until close to five in the morning.
On Saturday, which drew a larger turnout of 25,000, Scottish DJ Calvin Harris brought down the house with his slew of remixed commercial hits, including Swedish House Mafia's Save The World Tonight, Florence And The Machine's You Got The Love, and Coldplay's Paradise.
