BEIJING - Senior Chinese leader Li Changchun will pay official goodwill visits to Pakistan, the Maldives and Bangladesh later this month, Xinhua news agency reported.
Huang Huaguang, spokesman for the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, made the announcement on Tuesday in Beijing.
Mr Li, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, will make the trips at the invitations of the respective governments, he said.
