BEIJING - General Liang Guanglie, China’s defence minister said that his country reserves the right to take “further actions” to resolve a territorial dispute with Japan but voiced hope the feud would be settled through diplomacy.
More anti-Japan protests were held on Tuesday, the 81st anniversary of the Manchurian Incident in 1931.
