SEOUL (AFP) - North and South Korea reached an agreement on Wednesday on talks at re-opening their joint industrial zone in Kaesong - closed since April because of soaring military tensions.
"A five-point agreement has been reached," an official for the South's Unification Ministry told reporters in Seoul. There were no immediate details of the content of the accord.
