Bangladesh to talk with US about terror suspect
DHAKA, Bangladesh (AP) - Bangladesh says its diplomats will meet with US officials to learn more about a Bangladeshi man held on charges of trying to blow up the Federal Reserve building in New York.
Foreign Minister Dipu Moni says Bangladesh diplomats in the US will meet State Department officials on Saturday in Washington.
Quazi Mohammad Rezwanul Ahsan Nafis was arrested on Wednesday in an FBI sting operation.
A criminal complaint says he made several attempts to blow up a fake 1,000-pound the bomb inside a vehicle parked next to the Federal Reserve.
