NEW DELHI - An Air India aircraft has been chartered by the government and sent to Singapore to bring back the body of the gang rape victim and her family members, the Press Trust of India reported.
An Air India Airbus A-319, left the New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport at 8am for Singapore, said the report, which cited Air India officials.
The plane is expected to take off at around 5pm Singapore time and reach Delhi at 8pm India Standard Time.
