The Grand Lobby

Stepping into the Tower Wing’s rejuvenated lobby, you will be greeted with an awe-inspiring ceiling art installation.

The tree canopy-inspired installation comes as the brainchild of seasoned Japanese designer Hirotoshi Sawada, who imparts her trademark style of fusing elegance and movement in nature.

Thousands of stylised leaves cascade from the ceiling in a classy display reminiscent of nature’s grand sweeping canopies.

The lift lobby further in features gorgeous architecture touched with a hint of Peranakan design elements.

Cosy armchairs line the lounge, providing an impressive panorama of the modern city skyline.

Indulgent Dining

Visitors will find a wide range of food to tantalise the taste buds, regardless of their palate.

Guests will be spoilt for choice at the Lobby Lounge, where a variety of distinctly Singaporean dishes will be served, including Katong Laksa, Hainanese Chicken Rice and Bak Chor Mee.

With a menu co-created by Dr. Leslie Tay, a popular local food writer, and food delicately crafted by Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore’s culinary team in collaboration with hawker masters of each dish, ambrosial experiences await.

The ShopHouse, which is nestled beside the Lobby Lounge, offers homemade sandwiches, salads and snacks, as well as various sweets, pastries and cakes. Conceptualised as a convenient grab-and-go retail eatery, guests can purchase these delectable edibles as they go about their day.

The NAMI Restaurant and Bar on level 24 represents the peak of Japanese fine dining. Guided by the principles of omotenashi, or Japanese hospitality, guests will be wholeheartedly entertained. The open kitchen by the counter allows guests to watch exquisite Japanese delicacies being prepared before their eyes.

At the terrace, you can savour delicious Japanese tapas with a whole range of premium Japanese whisky and sake.

The food is meticulously prepared by culinary teams helmed by chef Akiba Shigeo, who was granted the prestigious honour of cooking at the Japanese royal wedding in 1990.
