Swissôtel Merchant Court, Singapore’s Executive Chef Louis Tay has over 33 years of experience in the culinary scene. With a collection of awards and recognition from local and international culinary scene, Louis was also team manager for the Singapore National Team at IKA Hog Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, Germany in 2016, where the team clinched two gold awards in the Cold Display and Hot Cooking categories. He was accredited judge A of the World Association of Chefs Societies and has been a judge for various local and overseas culinary competitions too. A Committee Member (Corporate Relation) of the Singapore Chefs Association, Louis is also a member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.

Lunch buffet starts from $52 per adult and $26 per child while dinner buffet starts from $62 per adult and $31 per child. Weekend High Tea Buffet is also available at $42 per adult and $21 per child. Prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
