Cultural activists, writers and members of the secular movement Ganajagaran Mancha at a torchlit procession protesting against the killing and attacks on a publisher and bloggers in Dhaka, Bangladesh, on Monday. The group also called for a half-day country-wide strike yesterday, demanding the arrest of the assailants. Publisher Faisal Arefin Dipan was stabbed to death in Dhaka last Saturday, hours after unidentified attackers knifed another publisher and two secular bloggers elsewhere in the city.
