As Iran moves to finalise a multimillion-dollar trade and military agreement with China, one of its key infrastructure projects involving India appears to have run into problems.

Teheran has had to deny Indian media reports that it has ousted India from the railway project connecting Iran's Chabahar Port to its border with Afghanistan.
