Students wearing face masks to protect themselves from volcanic ash that was spewing from Mount Raung in Banyuwangi, eastern Java, yesterday. Meanwhile, Virgin Australia said it has halted all flights to and out of Bali yesterday because of volcanic ash from the volcano. Mount Raung has been erupting on and off for more than a month, forcing several airports to close, and disrupting the travel plans of tens of thousands.
