As part of an ongoing crackdown, the Cambodian police seized nearly 1,500kg of marijuana packed into coffee bags. General Khieu Samon, head of the Interior Ministry's anti-drug office, said the marijuana was seized during raids in Phnom Penh last Friday. Three Cambodians were arrested. "The seized marijuana is worth more than US$7 million (S$9.9 million) in Western markets," he said, adding that the police also confiscated around 1.5kg of marijuana oil worth at least US$75,000.
