TAIPEI - Popular Taiwanese vlogger Chen Chih-han was handing out fried chicken cutlets in six cities across Taiwan on Saturday (Jan 18) after he wagered that incumbent President Tsai Ing-wen would win her re-election bid in last weekend's presidential election.

Mr Chen, 40, is an Internet celebrity and martial arts gym owner with 856,000 YouTube subscribers and known for his brutally honest views on Taiwan's politics.
