Five killed, 11 injured in bomb targeting Pakistan polio team

PESHAWAR, Pakistan (AFP) - At least five people were killed and 11 injured when a roadside bomb targeting a polio vaccination team exploded in restive north-west Pakistan near the Afghan border on Saturday, officials said.

The bomb detonated in Jamroud Town in the tribal Khyber area, senior official Jahangir Khan told AFP.
