An explosion last night in a commuter train cabin in Taipei's Songshan Railway Station left 21 people injured. The train was travelling from the northwestern city of Hsinchu to the north-eastern port city of Keelung when the blast occurred. National Police Agency director-general Chen Kuo-en said the blast appears unlikely to be a terrorist attack. Police are hunting for a man who was seen leaving a bag in the cabin before the explosion.
