Hard to afford having three kids, say couple in China

BEIJING - When China's top policymakers announced on Monday (May 31) that married couples will be allowed to have three children, up from at most two, civil servant Wan Mei, 39, barely reacted.

The mother of two saw no reason to redraw her plans because of the change in policy.
